Terms & Conditions

House Rules:

1. If you are interested in purchasing a custom pick (or picks), send me a request or use the “Contact” link above.
2. I will do my best to keep a running inventory of materials (pick and wood stock).
3. These are hand made picks so please be patient.  I will keep you updated as to where your order is in the queue and when it will be started/finished/shipped.
4. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
5. You are responsible for your actions with any pick(s) you purchase from me.  I accept no responsibility for any future actions that may have legal ramifications directly related to the use of any picks you have purchased from this site.  By purchasing a pick from me, you agree to these statements.

Shipping:

1. I will ship anywhere in the world.
2. Shipping within the US will be a flat rate of $6 using Priority Mail through USPS.  Cost of shipping includes insurance.
3. Shipping costs for anywhere outside of the US will be calculated based upon address.

Payment:

1. Payment will likely be handled via Paypal, but I will be investigating the use of Google Checkout, instead/in addition.
2. In order to maintain an efficient queue, orders will be handled in the order in which they were received.
3. Once the item has been shipped, there are no refunds.
